NEW FEATURES:
Step 2 (FEEDBACK OPTIONS):
- Internal Review Form
- External Review Form: When a user clicks on an in-signature EXCEEDED EXPECTATIONS survey then instead of first going to the Review Funnel, it directs the user straight to the External Review form.
- Users can add their own custom review link into RateMyService.
Enhances:
- Step 2(Feedback options): The “Active” toggle switch color has changed to green.
- Add Google reCaptcha (API)
- Update from Google (4.7, 128) to Google (4.7 Average, 128 Reviews)
- Label udpdated from “Edit” to “Edit Connection” when a review site is saved.
Bugs:
- Site Unresponsive when removing review site = FIXED
- Password reset allowed 2 different passwords = FIXED
- Preview Survey now displays what you customize
- “Undefined Customer” displayed when rating your feedback = FIXED
- Mobile survey loading spinner not showing = FIXED
- Adding or deleting review site makes you go to internal (when you still have more than 1 enabled)
- Setup back button state = FIXED
