Software update for November

Enhances:
    1. In Step 1, Accent letters can now be included to your Call to Action.
    2. In Step 4, Icons have been added to the action buttons.
    3. Next and Back buttons color changed to orange.
    4. New Look and feel for the Agent email notification surveys.

Bugs:

  1. Review Funnel Redirect = FIXED
  2. Sign up / Sign in loading Speed = FIXED
  3. Visual Issues using Firefox browser = FIXED
